I was cheating on my husband of 18 years with his own friend and after 2 years, my husband caught me. How can I make this go away from his mind and have him forgive me and move forwards?

​            The power of forgiveness is tough since this is what you want from your spouse. Because you have sinned your spouse can do whatever he wants since it does say in the Bible that adultery is wrong and can lead to divorce. Best to be obedient to the word of God and you will be safe, 1 Peter 3:1.
