Well good evening, sir The Bible story of the Flood is only an account as many of the stories in the Bible actually are. In answer to a very popular question, what happened for the events of Noah’s flood to take place. First off, we know that air pollution is a mixture of solid particles and gases in the air. In modern times this also added by car emissions, chemicals from factories, dust and pollen, and mold spores as particles. In Noah’s time we would have to eliminate the car emissions and factories since they do not exist yet. Next, we have to look at the ozone layer to be able to see the formation of gases and dust particles that act as solids that pollute the air which is again too modern.
So, an honest look at the flood would only take us back to the actual air that existed before the flood. Going online there are many theories about how it must have looked and then a sudden change to a different look. Many scientists say they believe the atmosphere was a warm spring like global temperature that was fluent all over the globe. They say this because they found fossils of different plants trees that grew in warm climates that suddenly froze as a fossil. They also found animals, large ones frozen. The next step would have to be that the weather was different, and plants and trees flourished in warm greenhouse temperatures of an older world. The Bible tells us a clue that we can surely know how and when the change in temperatures occurred this is expresses in knowing the time of the year that the flood occurred meaning either a summer month or a winter month. Because scientist believed that the entire Earth had a greenhouse climate it would not matter when the flood happened. Since it would be the only sure thing, we can count on we would have to go with a drastic change in temperatures that created the modern world that we live in plus things added to pollute our air.
The Bible says that the month that it all occurred was in Nisan which is the Jewish month of March or the end of winter and the beginning of warmer weather. It states that God waited for a certain time of the year before he allowed the atmosphere to be changed beyond human comprehension. We know the months from October to February are very cold and far too cold for people who may not be wearing clothing as Adam and Eve were naked with simple coverings as far as we know. It could not be possible for naked people to survive weather that is near or at 0* degrees Fahrenheit, the sudden change from a greenhouse to zero is surely a death blow to all people living on Earth. We also know that the weather is different in different places on the globe so not everywhere would be zero degrees. If the flood started at night time it would be colder and much better in the day time or midday. Whatever the time would be it was decided by God all in advance.
Another fact is that we know that the flood of Noah’s time were in the same time of the year as the Jewish Passover or in the same month that is but a different day. Noah was told that his calendar would start then and he should count forever. Since the Passover is well in the future it can also be acknowledged that the deliverance from Egypt was expected as any other time period in Jewish history. The information also tells us that God created a lot of Hebrew history/culture and started many celebrations for them. The life and times of the Hebrew patriarch Abraham will start much of Jewish history especially the Temple location and the time of its build.
