1 John 5:14-15

14 And we are sure of this, that he will listen to us whenever we ask him for anything in line with his will. 15 And if we really know he is listening when we talk to him and make our requests, then we can be sure that he will answer us.
This is a powerful passage about prayers to God and what our words are within the prayer. There are many things to speak to God about since in the Bible we are told that God’s house will be “a house of Prayers”, Matthew 21:13. Praying to God is most appropriate because it builds a relationship with God and makes him real to us, a great display of faith to the divine one. But the passage says that we want our prayers to reflect the will of God which of course is the Kingdom of God. Since salvation means to remove sins by forgiveness we can easily pray about any situations that tell of our sins and ask God to help us in one way or another. Mostly we ask for deliverance temporarily before the kingdom is establish, that is within line of God’s will to provide salvation. We can build amazing confidence that God understands our situations and eagerly desires to forgive each one that truly believes in him and wants to be perfect as the Kingdom of the Heavens was designed to provide for all whom he choose.
