Hi that would be called a creation, did God design man from the ground up? The answer is yes. Humans are of flesh and blood, but the personality is animated so to speak, which is active unlike animals, 1 Corinthians 15:39. In other words God also created the personality of humans so that we have choices, can think, and make plans something animals cannot do. We are independent thinkers something that animals experience in limitation. We are independent enough even to form thoughts about God and creation, so that God cares about what we think, Proverbs 16:2. The reason why I compared humans to animals is so you can clearly observe the difference. God is in a higher form unlike humans whose lifestyle and understanding is limited the same as animals are in comparison to God, Isaiah 55:8-9.
