Hi well that would take training since there are billions of people on the earth, you are in charge of something right? If it was only for one day you could not achieve much since it would be only a literal 24 hours. You would have to think of what the goal is supposed to be because a vision or purpose is always needed even for a short time. If you must only stand out in front of millions of people simply to see you and your daily routine, it sounds easy. If the number of people watching grew until all the people on earth are watching, you handle your own life. Still easy but then you must think "what do I want people to see". Perhaps a show is required, then the quality of the show must be outrageous since only a day is given and the whole nine yards must happen. Everything must be timed and perfect so that it goes as intended, your purpose must be fulfilled within the 24-hour time period, or you have failed.
