15 Out of His mouth proceeds a sharp sword, with which He may strike the nations. “He shall rule them with an iron scepter.” He treads the winepress of the fury and wrath of God the Almighty.
Hello the sword that comes out of the mouth of Yeshua (Jesus) is what will be said by him during the Second Coming of Christ as Spiritual and physical manifestations of righteousness which is used as if it "strike" the nations. How can we understand what people will experience during the Second Coming of Christ?

This is used to “Rule the nations with” and it is expressed deeply at Daniel 2:31–35, 44–45. At the final Days the judgment upon the Image (Governments) took time to truly see the fulfillment of the prophecy to be acknowledged on earth. Since the prophecy does not say that this judgment happened instantly. The collapse of secular Governments took time and will be completely gone when the prophecy is fulfilled. This will start the beginning of the New Heavens and New Earth.
