I don't understand the question, you must do everything on your own or pay people to get it done for you. The stress would only seem normal if you have too much to do without knowing how to complete them. If you do not know how to do something or don't have the power, then you naturally have to leave it in God's hands for a time until you are able to complete it. This is the goal of salvation to give out perfection of the mind and body so we can do everything that we require to do.
God does help us and knows our limitations, but it is up to us to complete steps that establish our Christian faith as we saw Jesus Christ in fact doing every day. When salvation is achieved, we will be able to do everything perfectly, the difference will be a new heaven and new earth. The passage above expresses what it means to complete or be on our way towards establishing Christian principles in our lives since its reward is capability in accomplishing good works.
