Hello, I would say no though some people have a hard time moving forwards. Older people tend to be slower which isn’t their fault that they have grown old. Young people tend to misunderstand or cannot understand because their minds are still growing. As you can see, we have many different kinds of people in the world. We also have handicap people who do not have all of their functions working as it should. In a world where people have limitations in one form or another it is hard to push forwards together.
