Merry Christmas! Why yes God gives all people a chance to change their lives, Romans 2:3-11. In the Bible it says that the Good News will be preached to all the earth. This is the opportunity for everyone no matter where to respond to the message of Jesus Christ, Matthew 24:14.
God already knows the pressures that people live under and perhaps at a later date people can think calmly and seriously consider their life course, Matthew 6:25-34. There is plenty of time to think rationally and change your life. However, the Bible does warn that the end will come, the Holy Bible has been on the world scene for many years now with different translations for all the world to read. This tells is very clearly that the Bible was meant to be read by all people no matter who.
As for the warning of a time limit Christians will have to learn how to separate themselves from sinners and hold fast to divine principles in order to be saved. The second Coming of Christ is a time of revelation of all spiritual matters, and when that time arrives the judgment given to all the world will teach and help each one to make the correct decisions for themselves.
