Hello this is an interesting question because it expresses an understanding of what God’s Spirit is. In Hebrew the Ruach best describes what the spirit is which means: ghost, wind, breeze, and phantom. Inwardly the Spirit of God cannot be seen i.e., wind and breeze these two words best describe the physical material things of the Spirit. Another point is that it is not human and cannot be expressed in human forms such as a person. Since it is not a person just as wind and breeze is not a person. We know that the wind is a force of air that brushes against or around you.
Another aspect of the Spirit is that it is a ghost or phantom meaning a presence, apparition because this is the interaction of the Spirit of God with people. So, the Holy Spirit is not a person as imagined by people and expressed in that form, but rather it is a presence and an apparition that causes a reaction from whatever God wants the reaction to be. So, in defining the word Holy spirit is it noted at Isaiah 11:2 as:
