Hello yes! The reason why is because Satan is a sinner or imperfect as humans are. The same mistakes and inclination come out of Satan as it does humans, John 8:44. Under this illusion he became the god by controlling human affairs, if you wish to say by advice, encouragement, support, and understanding then that is how he leads people, 2 Corinthians 4:4.
