Hi, an interesting question, I think I have had several from you. Well, it is not hard at all to obtain salvation together as a family unit since you all worship and request salvation together. All the requirements must be done for each member of the family, the best way is to recall Jesus Christ and following all the actions he had. When we read the stories of Jesus Christ, we know that he was one chosen to tell the Good News of the Kingdom to people everywhere. In following his work and lifestyle: (1- He dedicated his life to God's will through baptism as a symbol of repentance from sins, (2- and his teachings required building faith in God and his promises of salvation. To be a follower of Christ Jesus you will need faith in a very special way, Acts 4:12 and Hebrews 9:28, Do You Believe?
Regarding baptism if you are already baptized you won't need to do it again once is enough, Ephesians 4:5. Your dedication is a confirmation to acknowledging your reply to request salvation and the tools that will help you receive it. Jesus told us to build a kind of faith that was strong enough to move mountains, Matthew 17:20.
In the final days you are asked to display your works as a judgment call in which we review your "file" spiritually or supernaturally since your dedication and baptism. This is private between yourself and God, each member of your family will be reviewed the same way, your children must be old enough to complete the requirements in order to receive the gift of salvation that you have been asking for since your baptism.
If you are granted salvation, it means your file has been reviewed and found in good standing and the next step would be moving towards salvation, Matthew 12:33-37 and Revelation 20:4-6. What information does the Bible have about allowing people to move forwards to obtaining salvation? At Revelation 7:14 the people emerging from the Great Tribulation are ones that will forwards towards receiving eternal life as promised at Romans 6:23. This does not happen instantly and going home and all these things as people thought would happen, 1 Peter 1:5.
Revelation 21:4
