Hi, I think this question is a little misguided, God has always been there and watching the affairs of mankind. However, the choice was made to remain quiet until the End of the World or the Second Coming of Christ, Matthew 24:29-30. The Bible has all the information of what God wants to say to people. The information tells you that God was always there and that there are no family members for God who has always been alone, Psalms 83:18.
How God's "body" was constructed is not something that God wishes to discuss with people. However, the Bible does tell that a human form will reside on earth along with people, Revelation 21:1-4. The New Testament gives us the idea of how the body will change into Sons of God from the state that we live in today, 1 Corinthains 15:50-53. Maybe there is some misunderstanding in suggesting that there are magic people, since we cannot clearly acknowledge the spiritual conversion into children of God naturally. Once salvation is revealed then people will come to understand the conditions it will take to achieve the bodies of immorality.
