Hello this is an interesting question since many people today find life to be a constant struggle to find employment, mates in which they get married, children in which we can successfully raise. With each level in life having its own issues we can surely feel that life is meaningless. Many people just ask point blank is this all there is to human existence. Is there a hope for a better future? Will we ever find employment stability? Are we doomed to find true love? Will our children always be in some kind of trouble?
I admit today that these are religious questions, and this is a time when we search for meaning in life beyond what our parents and grandparents had. We want to ask what the big picture is, and we wish God would come forwards and explain the picture of creation to us. Why are we here? Why does God not speak directly to humans? Will God ever be involved with the earth? Does God have a plan? Will the plan be successful in touching and reaching the hearts of mankind? Does God love us? So, the big question mark has a spiritual application that requires that God interact with humans. What passage in the Bible helps us finally understand the goal of human origin?
Revelation 21:1-4
Names of God Bible
A New Heaven and a New Earth
21 I saw a new heaven and a new earth, because the first heaven and earth had disappeared, and the sea was gone. 2 Then I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, dressed like a bride ready for her husband. 3 I heard a loud voice from the throne say, “God lives with humans! God will make his home with them, and they will be his people. God himself will be with them and be their God. 4 He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There won’t be any more death. There won’t be any grief, crying, or pain, because the first things have disappeared.”
