Hi this is an interesting and MODERN question, since we are at the final part of the days and the Kingdom/Government of God is scheduled to reveal itself on earth soon. How should we view our relationship with God? Should we expect to have some kind of protection from harm or something like guarding angels? What passage in the Bible gives us the answer to these questions?
Daniel 12:1
Easy-to-Read Version
12 “Daniel, at that time the great prince Michael will stand up. Michael is in charge of your people. There will be a time of much trouble, the worst time since nations have been on earth. But Daniel, at that time every one of your people whose name is found written in the book of life will be saved.
The prophecy written long ago says everyone found in the Book of Life will survive, does this means that people have been given divine protection? No, it means that they were wise enough to have survived and will continue to use that “wisdom” right up to the point where they will receive salvation. The prophecy can and will be used to strengthen these people and it will be effective. The role of God's Kingdom/Government will be to provide salvation to the people found in the Book of Life and its importance during the final days cannot be valueless. What is the best passage that provides the needed help during the final days?
2 Timothy 3:14-17
Living Bible
“But you should continue following the teaching you learned. You know it is true, because you know you can trust those who taught you. 15 You have known the Holy Scriptures since you were a child. These Scriptures are able to make you wise. And that wisdom leads to salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. 16 All Scripture is given by God. And all Scripture is useful for teaching and for showing people what is wrong in their lives. It is useful for correcting faults and teaching the right way to live. 17 Using the Scriptures, those who serve God will be prepared and will have everything they need to do every good work.”
Revelation 2:10-11
Names of God Bible
10 Don’t be afraid of what you are going to suffer. The devil is going to throw some of you into prison so that you may be tested. Your suffering will go on for ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.
11 Let the person who has ears listen to what the Spirit says to the churches. Everyone who wins the victory will never be hurt by the second death.
