The only way to rebuild your life again is to have faith. If you lost it, it means you do not believe, and you may have to realize that you probably never had faith to begin with this is termed growing pains. To regain it only means that you must identify real aspects of what faith is, by Biblical examples you can reacquire faith since it is a foundation of Christianity, Hebrews 11:6.
A true example of faith lost and regained would be Cain. In the Bible story of his life, after he killed his brother and was judged to remain a fugitive for life, he regained his balance and was allowed to establish a home and family, Genesis 4:8-24. This means that God can reversed the judgment given to Cain because he had the potential of true heartfelt repentance.
