Hi, you mean like peripheral vision? God does not have eyes like human do so whatever he "sees" can't be explained in human terms. But it might be a good idea to relate God's sight as a mental eye, Psalms 11:4. God clearly sees and understands what he is looking at in a way that humans suddenly have a third eye that develops with maturity. The Bible tells us that God is abundant energy, it can be hard to imagine what that can be like. But whatever it is it is not human and does not behave as humans do.
