Hi the idea you have means that if you believe in Jesus Christ then you can be saved simply because you believed, Galatians 3:7-9. That is a concept that God wanted people to have just believe in Jesus Christ and the action of becoming worthy will happen just because you believe, Galatians 3:10-14. There is nothing wrong with that and that is what you should do. Salvation is depended on faith in Jesus Christ.
But that is just one level of Christianity, now you should be tested, Genesis 3:1-5 before you can receive the gift of life. In order to be called worthy of salvation you must prove that you are a good person that has principles within your heart and mind, Malachi 3:1–3. People may not be aware of this but that is why the devil was created as a tempter. No one likes Satan to be sure but what information does the Bible tell us about him?
