Hi no because those that enter into the kingdom know their God well and have a history of service, Daniel 11:32. As a reward for their hard work, they are granted salvation, Revelation 2:7. The Bible teaches that people that have not heard about God's Kingdom will be given a chance to learn and develop a history of service to God, John 5:28-29. So, Judgment Day only means giving certain ones a chance to build a relationship with God, along with ones called the Chosen Ones, 2 Thessalonians 1:3-10.
Jeremiah 31:33-34
Modern English Version (MEV)
33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel
after those days, says the Lord:
I will put My law within them
and write it in their hearts;
and I will be their God,
and they shall be My people.
34 They shall teach no more every man his neighbor
and every man his brother, saying, “Know the Lord,”
for they all shall know Me,
from the least of them to the greatest of them,
says the Lord,
for I will forgive their iniquity,
and I will remember their sin no more.
