Is it possible that winter, snow, and ice would not have existed before Noah's flood?

​         Hi, I am really glad you asked this question and thanks for the A2A. Since the record of the earth's creation in the Bible every created element has always been exactly as we see them today, Genesis 1:1-23. Water has always been in the oceans, in the atmosphere as clouds that make a system or cycle for the earth, Genesis 2:5-6.

        In order to comprehend how the water system had been created let’s just take a natural occurrence that happened recently three years ago and really take a closer look at it. On Sept 6, 2017, there was a hurricane over the Caribbean/Florida area as usual but there was something different about this Hurricane. It had three different hurricanes that developed at the same time. They literally stood still over the Caribbean Sea for many hours and moved slowly towards Florida where we heard a sucking sound.

           After that wonderful phenomenon we found that the waters of the Caribbean Sea had actually been sucked away because that was what the sucking sound that was heard. A week after the storms the waters had not returned yet. Sept 14, 2017, we can see the waters of the Caribbean Sea of a dry seacoast for miles.

        Now two months later it was clear where the waters of the Caribbean Sea had gone, and it circulated the globe. And we are still today being balanced by this action that started with the three hurricanes that created thick cloud mass in the atmosphere right before our eyes. The air is not so dry anymore. November 6, 2017, we now have a sea of clouds in the atmosphere.
