Hello, I would say parents that take care of their own children are a very fine thing and one of the best examples of proper parents, 1 Timothy 5:3-8. This example of raising your children is found in every race and so one need not look down on certain people since many parents provide excellent families, 1 Timothy 5:9-10.
Helping others especially in developing countries as in adopting needy children. I feel this is a powerful encouraging act that shows true humanity. I think helping children in foreign countries is a very big plus and a charitable thing that is truly wonderful, James 1:27. I know of white couples adopting and raising African or/and Asian children from other countries along with their own children.
