Hello, I am afraid that to make oneself “happy” does not occur overnight and surely not instantly. There are stories of the Hebrew patriarchs being happy and eventually dying satisfied with the lives they have lived. Maybe it is best to observe the many things that happened in the daily lives of the patriarch that led to the satisfaction they experienced. The goal to true happiness is the lifestyle choice that promotes positive accomplishments that uplift oneself continuously. By reading the stories and trying to relive the same principles as the successful elders did, we can also live up to the same standards that expresses fulfillment in life.
