In the Bible a mountain is a symbol for government and the mountain of God is the Kingdom of the Heavens. The earliest mention in the Bible of the Kingdom of God is Isaiah 2:2–4, the second most distinctive passage is at Daniel 2:44. Both passages express that in the final days the kingdom will be established and what will happen. When Jesus Christ preached what he actually meant was that God's Kingdom was the solution to all of mankind troubles. He foretold the promises of the kingdom for all its subjects: Resurrection - Job 14:14, Flesh Restored - Job 33:25, Death - Isaiah 25:8, Sickness - Isaiah 33:24, Handicaps - Isaiah 35:5-6, Jobs/Homes - Isaiah 65:21-22, Chosen Ones - Psalms chapter 15. The miracles Jesus Christ did result in seeing what salvation provides for the body (compare), Death Gone - John 11:17-44; Sick Gone - Matthew 9:1-8, Matthew 5:25-34, Luke 4:38-39, John 5:1-5; Handicaps Gone - Mark 7:31-35, John 9:1-7; Flesh Restored - Matthew 12:9-13; Resurrection - Mark 5:21-23, 35-43, Luke 7:11-17.
The stories of the Bible expresses that people were healed it was only a demonstration of how salvation will solve mankind's problems. This was created to give people hope that salvation is given in the future by God who rewards those with perfection, Romans 6:23. The Kingdom spoken of in the Bible would not be set up for thousands of years in future, but the character Jesus Christ made people believe and gathered many followers who believed, Matthew Chapter 24. The goal is to recall the things that Jesus Christ preached and believe; this leads to salvation obtained at the End of the World.

44 “During the time of the kings of the fourth kingdom, the God of heaven will set up another kingdom that will continue forever. It will never be destroyed. And it will be the kind of kingdom that cannot be passed on to another group of people. This kingdom will crush all the other kingdoms. It will bring them to an end, but that kingdom itself will continue forever.
45 “King Nebuchadnezzar, you saw a rock cut from a mountain, but no one cut that rock. The rock broke the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver, and the gold to pieces. In this way God showed you what will happen in the future. The dream is true, and you can trust that this is what it means.”
