Hi sir, I am familiar with the concept that the water is still on the Earth. There are the glaciers at the equates that are melting from global warming. Recently in 2017 hurricane, three to be exact used warm water from the Caribbean Ocean to form cloud masses.
The watery deep can go as far as 2.3 miles in some places where sunlight does not touch. The spot known as Challenger Deep in the Mariana Trench, between Guam and the Philippians is nearly 7 miles deep. The waters are generally still on earth and once it is converted into thick cloud masses of the atmosphere, we can enjoy a greenhouse effect which is necessary for human balance.
