Hi, I believe that the eyes can express many feelings of our hearts since it is in front of the brain. Spiritually speaking the development of religious thoughts must be done so by training which is why Jesus Christ is the New Testament of the Holy Bible, 1 Peter 2:21. People feel that the mind awakens and at some point, without any kind of training, using yoga and calmness that is true spirituality or awareness, Matthew 4:1-4. But this is not accurate only salvation can cause the real changes that are not real without it.
When you acquire true salvation, you will know what you are and who you are. You will not wonder and be confused searching for enlightenment, Jeremiah 31:31-34. But this takes time and answers do not come instantly and in God's plan will provide all the time that is needed, Revelation 20:5. All of your questions will be answered there is no need to worry about it. Jesus preached of a millennium, and we should await it for salvation will come during it, Revelation 21:4.
