Hello this is an interesting question because the air, the gases, and clouds all mix together to create the idea climate. If the weather needs to be adjusted, then the climate is off. What is the perfect climate for both people, animals, and plant life? In the Bible of the Creation, it talks about the condition that Adam and Eve lived under, it was super warm if they can live naked even in the coolness of evening, Genesis 2:25.
A greenhouse environment would take some major adjustments to create. Only God can create this kind of temperatures all around the globe which would be maintained eternally. Some area at the equator is warm and moist but not everywhere is like that. The rainforests are very warm and wet but hardly exists all over the globe. Many people believe that Hawaii has perfect weather but again it hardly exists everywhere on earth.
The environment is a complex situation to alter our environment without knowing exactly what the chemical balance should be can very dangerous to life on earth. The proper and ideal environment for growing crops that produce regular food for the earth in a certain area would be something that God would know since it proves creation rather than life by chance. If the earth's weather is fine as it is with some additional elements, we will have to see how God determines that. The idea of providing salvation to people living on earth may came with some adjustments to our environment.
