Hi, I think it won't matter either multiple or singular the deities must have an action, in the Bible it says at Psalms 115:4-8 the idols have eyes and ears, but they can't see or hear. In other words, you must decide if these "deities" are simply just pieces of carved wood or metals melted down into shapes made by people that are nothing, they do not connect you to the Divine One. Like a picture made of what people think Jesus Christ looked like and it makes them feel connected to the Christ.
So, it is a strong religious mistake because Jesus himself never did it, he never had an image made of God and carried it around with him or instructed the church to decorate with it. He never encouraged people to make or buy objects to feel closer to God in order to feel religious in some way. So, you have to go back to the exact way Jesus Christ lived and question what he did every day, once you find the actions of Jesus Christ you will know what the truth is or what is just nonsense thought up by people. Peace.
